Cancellation terms (summary)
Free change or cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. 50% charge from 24 to 12 hours before. 100% charge under 12 hours before and for a no-show. Private and special trips: 48 hours. Refunds go back to the original payment method. If weather stops the trip: another date at no cost, a full refund or credit for another trip.
